Casa Índígō is a neighborhood-style diner and cafe. The kitchen serves some classics including chilaquiles, chicken and waffles, guisados, burgers, Guerrero-style Machetes, egg-focused entrees, and much more. You can also enjoy our chef’s take on global flavors, new dishes, daily specials, regional Mexican dishes, and so much more.
Everyone part of the kitchen team is included in the daily creation of menus, specials, initiatives, events, bar programs, catering, private dining, everything. Managers and the kitchen team are in charge of running service. Gratuity at the end of each day is rewarded to all hourly employees. All kitchen operations are based on scratch-made or housemade initiatives and non-GMO/local/organic when possible.
