He has spent time alongside distinguished Chefs Steven Hubbell (Veerasway), Stephanie Izard (Little Goat Diner), Jared Wentworth (Dusek’s), John Coletta (Quartino), and Gimi Hamili (Caffe Baci), and Chuy Reynoso (Tavern at the Park).
